King receives Saudi invitation to G20 summit
جهينة نيوز -His Majesty King Abdullah II on Monday received an invitation from Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud of Saudi Arabia, as a guest of honour at the G20 Summit, which will be hosted and chaired by the Kingdom in 2020.
In a reply message, King Abdullah affirmed his keenness to accept the invitation to participate in the summit, stressing that the wise Saudi chairmanship of the G20 reflects the Kingdom's pivotal role on the regional and international levels, and its endeavors to achieve the stability and prosperity of the global economy.
The invitation was sent to a limited number of heads of state. Jordan had received a Saudi invitation to participate in the preparatory meeting of the G20 summit.
