جهينة نيوز - Some nineteen people were killed and 32 others were injured in a road accident between a number of vehicles, causing an explosion outside Egypt’s National Cancer Institute in central Cairo, Egypt’s health ministry said early on Monday.

The ministry spokesperson Khalid Mujahid said that the injuries were listed between extremely serious to moderate conditions, adding that about 54 cases of the institute's patients were evacuated to other centers.

A car driving against traffic on Cairo’s corniche collided with three other cars, causing the explosion, Egypt’s interior ministry said in a statement.
