AAU's delegation eye partnerships with world prestigious universities

جهينة نيوز - Secretary General of the Association of Arab Universities (AAU), Dr. Amr Salama, said the association is working on building academic and scientific partnerships with prestigious world universities.

His remarks came during the participation of a high-level AAU delegation in the events of the international conference organized by the Moscow State University, entitled "Universities and the Future of Humanity".

During his visit to Moscow, Salama discussed with the Russian side ways of coordination and cooperation between the two parties to hold the second conference of presidents of Arab and Russian universities scheduled to be held in Moscow in October, according to a press statement issued by the AAU in Amman on Sunday.

Russia is one of the foreign countries that thousands of Arab students receive their education in its universities and the Arab alumni occupied high positions in their local and Arab communities, he pointed out.
