New season starts at Saraya Aqaba Waterpark

Amman, Kingdom of Jordan – 01 March, 2022: Saraya Aqaba Waterpark, the first-of-its-kind in Aqaba and the largest in the Kingdom of Jordan, has opened its doors today for a new season of exhilarating water adventures for guests of all ages.

Home to over 25 attractions and authentic experiences, the Jordanian-themed waterpark boasts first-of-their-kind rides that have never been seen before in the Kingdom including Pella Plunge; a slide that defies gravity from the highest point in the waterpark, Dead Sea Drop; an almost vertical plunge that plummets 40ft downwards, Syagha Serpent; a slide through an abyss of darkness filled with twists, turns and spins in splashes of water and many more. Adding on to guests’ overall experience, Saraya Aqaba Waterpark offers guests unforgettable experiences under the sun with rides and attractions inspired by Jordan’s most iconic landmarks, including Wadi Rum, Dead Sea, Jerash and more. 

Little ones can enjoy the waterpark’s aquatic playground, Aqua Jerash, created especially for guests looking for family-friendly experiences. The playground features slides, interactive activities, waterfalls, rotating water jets and a giant tipping bucket. Older guests looking to switch off and relax can head to Azure Oasis, a pool in a secluded spot with bubbling waters, loungers, stunning waterfall and poolside beds surrounded by refreshment kiosks for guests to enjoy. 

Guests looking to refuel after a day of fun under the sun are spoilt for choice with a wide range of dining options ranging from shareable meals to on-the-go snacks found at Rose City Diner, the waterpark’s signature dining outlet. Refreshment kiosks can also be found around the waterpark serving a variety of snacks including popcorn, nachos, ice cream, fresh juices and much more.
