Zain training centers for the maintenance of cellular devices deployed in the institutes of the Vocational Training Corporation are conducting their free courses for this year In 6 centers spread across several governorates

Zain, in cooperation with the Vocational Training Corporation and UNRWA, started; Free and intensive training courses for training on the maintenance of cellular devices for the current year 2021, in its six centers located in several governorates.

The courses last for 3 months, during which the trainees will receive theoretical and practical training at the hands of specialists and technicians in the field of cellular maintenance, in addition to granting them accredited certificates to practice this profession after graduating and qualifying them to enter the labor market.

These courses, organized by Zain on a regular basis, stem from the company’s continuous endeavors to support young people and support them to obtain suitable job opportunities, raise awareness about craft and technical professions, and reduce unemployment rates, in line with the first goal (eradicating poverty) and the eighth goal ( Decent work and economic growth) and the seventeenth goal (partnerships to achieve the goals) of the sustainable development goals that the company includes and adopts in all its initiatives and programs in the field of sustainability management.

Zain training centers for the maintenance of mobile devices are distributed in the branches of the Vocational Training Corporation in each of Zarqa Governorate - the Jordan-Korea Institute of Technology, Irbid - Hakama, Tafileh, Karak - Al-Marj area, and Al-Balqa Governorate - Salt Institute for Traditional Professions and Crafts, in addition to the Zain Center in Wadi Al-Seer Training College - UNRWA in the capital Amman.

Zain has allocated training courses for deaf people, where halls and special equipments have been equipped to suit the requirements of deaf students, so that they can benefit and be trained easily and effectively in the maintenance of cellular devices, where they are trained under the supervision of sign language specialists, experts and specialists in the field of device maintenance cellular.

It is worth noting that the employment rate of students graduating from Zain centers for training in the maintenance of cellular devices reached 80% for males and 60% for females, while the number of graduates from Zain centers to date has reached more than 1,200 male and female students.
